Engineering and Detailing

The Xzact Network has a total of 4 engineers on staff and 10 detailers. Our engineering services are deployed on-site, in project management and in detailing and building design. A core number of detailers have maintained our company procedures as we also consistently retain outside detailing services. We use state of the art industry standard detailing programs including XSteel, and SteelCad allowing to provide seamless transfer in data format.
Project Management:
Project management is at the core of coordinating expectations with our customer base. It is Xzact’s responsibility to efficiently convert all information from our customer and customer drawings into the actual steel component data information in a timely matter, with complete control and quality. To this end we have four dedicated project managers.

Fabrication:

All transformation processes are done within the realm of all applicable codes including those set by the “Canadian Welding Bureau”, “Canadian Standard Association”, and the “National Building Code”. In peak periods our facility in Edmonton will operate two shifts with a total of 30 people. The MSE facility will house a total of 80 people. All tolled the Xzact Network will provide a capacity of over 25,000T per year.

Erection:

With work already completed on many Imperial Oil, Shell, Suncor, Albionsands and Forthill sites, our field deployment team is known for its efficiency and quality. Frequently our field staff has been engaged in various projects simultaneously requiring a total of 35 men in a variety of locations.
